Perfient gives you full control to permanently delete all your financial data and account information at any time — directly from within the app.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your Financial Twin, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:
- All financial profile data (income, expenses, assets, liabilities)
- Portfolio holdings and broker-linked account data
- AI conversation history and financial insights
- Goals, wealth plan data, and projections
- WhatsApp interaction history associated with your account
- Any uploaded documents or statements
- Your user account and credentials
How to Delete Your Data
Follow these steps inside the Perfient app to permanently delete all your data:

Log in to Perfient Visit perfient.com and sign in with your credentials.

Go to the Settings Page Click the Settings icon or navigate to Settings from the main menu.

Expand "Privacy & Data Controls" Scroll down to find the Privacy & Data Controls section and expand it.

Click "Delete" next to "Delete My Financial Twin" This initiates the permanent deletion process for your account and all associated data.

Confirm Deletion A confirmation dialog will appear. Read it carefully and confirm to proceed.

Deletion Complete All your data will be permanently deleted and you will be redirected to the Perfient landing page.
WhatsApp Data Deletion
If you connected your WhatsApp number to Perfient for notifications or AI interactions, deleting your Financial Twin also removes:
- Your WhatsApp phone number from our systems
- All message history exchanged via WhatsApp with Perfient AI
- Any notification preferences or opt-in records associated with your number
After deletion, you will no longer receive any WhatsApp messages from Perfient. No further data associated with your WhatsApp number is retained.
Alternative: Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access your account or require assistance with data deletion, you may submit a deletion request by contacting us through the official Perfient website. Please include your registered username or any identifier you used to create your account.
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once your data has been removed.
